Q: What is your return policy?

Q: Can I return sale items?
A: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Additionally, items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Q: Can I exchange a defective or damaged item?
A: Yes, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at customer.service@ruedecan.com first, and we will provide the return address.
Q: How do I return a product?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
