Down shorts with tone-on-tone print of CODE's signature logo and triangle logo on all sides. CODE triangle silicone patch on right back yoke, CODE outline logo print on right side, rubber touch plunger button with logo imprint on left side, and metallic shiny triangle logo charm on right front belt loop. The silhouette is finished with moderate gaps at the thighs and hems to give a slender appearance to the legs. Coordinates well with the short-sleeved down (MCW-3C-AT51) in the set-up design.

[Features]
Culottes-like shorts that expand toward the hem (left side opening). To prevent the waist and hips from looking too big with the bulge of the down pants, the volume has been moderately suppressed by switching to a highly stretchy material. The front and back pant sections are made of PU-finished nylon material. It is characterized by its wet-like luster and lightness. The sides and belt portion are made of soft and skin-friendly nylon fiber, knitted in a high gauge scuba knit structure. It features a classy surface texture while bringing out the best of the jersey material in all its glory.

※ The color of this material can be transferred to other clothing when it gets wet due to friction (especially in wet conditions), sweat or rain.Also, if you are exposed to strong sunlight (or lighting) for a long time, there is a risk of discoloration, so please be careful when wearing and storing it.
※ Please be careful not to rub your bag too much when you wear it.

※ Please make sure to tell the laundry that it is a down product.
※ When you get wet with rain or snow, if you leave it wet for a long time, the smell may come out, so please dry it thoroughly as soon as possible.When drying, tap lightly to fix the piece of feather evenly, then leave it flat and dry.(Please do not get too close to a high-temperature stove.
※ If there should be a hole, please cover it with commercially available repair tape.Also, if feathers are sticking out of the seams, please do not pull and gently pinch the outer fabric and push it back.

Note:Downs (feathers) are delicate creatures.Minimum ventilation is required to maintain the excellent properties inherent in the down, and a few down balloons are inevitable.It will blow out even through a small hole that looks like a needle.If the outer material looks dirty due to spouting or down, please remove it so that it does not rub strongly against the surface with an etiquette brush.

[About the resin on the surface]
·Coating deteriorates over time.
·If light-colored products are kept close to dark-colored ones, they will be transferred to the coating area, so please keep them away from dark-colored ones.
·In order to maintain quality, please keep it in a well-ventilated place away from light.
·Wipe dirt with a cloth containing water or a neutral detergent as much as possible.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping within the United States for orders over $200. For orders below $200, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination address.

Standard Delivery

  • Orders placed by 1pm EST Monday–Friday will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday to residential addresses and commercial addresses.
  • Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time.
  • Please note that free shipping is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. 

Express Delivery

  • Orders placed before 1PM (ET) will arrive within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit card verification.
  • Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday – Thursday will be delivered within 1-2 business days , and orders placed by 2pm EST on Friday will be delivered within 2-3 business days. (We don’t offer Express shipping service to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.)
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for all items on site. Please see product details as shipping restrictions may apply.

Shipping Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. Locating the package is the recipient's responsibility. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

We ask that you select a secure delivery address, and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

Buy Online, Pick Up in Store

  • In store pickup service is available at rue de can and rdc. square stores.
  • Orders must be placed by 4PM local time for same day pick up.
  • When your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirmation that it can be picked up.
  • Photo ID is required for store pickup.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped within the US, except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

CUSTOMS POLICY
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once an order has been processed and leaves our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We accept returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a refund and exchange if they are made within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.

When trying on footwear, please do so on a soft, carpeted surface so that the soles are not damaged and return them in their original shoe box (shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping boxes).

rue de can does not accept price adjustments.

Refunds 

Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and rue de can reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Items discounted by more than 50% cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Final Sale - Items marked as final sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer.service@ruedecan.com first and we will provide the return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
