We'll send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order so you can see exactly where it is. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, chances are, your order hasn't been shipped yet. If your shipping status reads "Delivered", but you still haven't received your order, contact us here with your order number so we may further assist you.
There is a space for you to input your discount code on the right side of the check out page. Type in your discount code or copy and paste it in, then click 'Apply'. Be sure to input the discount code exactly as shown.
Discount (or coupon) codes are limited to one per customer. Only one code may be used per check out. Discount codes do not apply to sale items. Not all codes come with an expiration date, but be sure to double check!
You have up to 14 days from the date your package is delivered to return your items. To be eligible to receive a refund, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging with all tags and labels. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
We will not cover shipping costs for returning your items. If you would like to return your items, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you further instructions!
If an item is out of stock, it means we don't currently have any in our inventory or it has been discontinued. When (or if) we restock depends on the particular item. If you're really heartbroken about it, feel free to contact us here and let us know. We love to know what our customers are looking for.
