We'll send you a tracking number as soon as we ship your order so you can see exactly where it is. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, chances are, your order hasn't been shipped yet. If your shipping status reads "Delivered", but you still haven't received your order, contact us here with your order number so we may further assist you.
If your order has not shipped yet, send us an email at customer.service@ruedecan.com with your order number, and we'll cancel your order for you with a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, we would not be able to cancel it. After receiving your order, you are welcome to return the items.
There is a space for you to input your discount code on the right side of the check out page. Type in your discount code or copy and paste it in, then click 'Apply'. Be sure to input the discount code exactly as shown.
Discount (or coupon) codes are limited to one per customer. Only one code may be used per check out. Discount codes do not apply to sale items. Not all codes come with an expiration date, but be sure to double check!
